Felicia for Darkstalkers, Michelle Chang for Tekken, Skarlet for Mortal Kombat, and I gotta go with my girl Amaterasu for MvC. Not an easy choice for any of them, but Street Fighter ups the difficulty level. There's too many ladies in Street Fighter I think are great. I can't pick one, let alone decide on the first lady of gaming. That said, the first ladies to pop into my head were Peach, Zelda, and Cortana in that order. I think Chun-Li is a fantastic vote though.
Also, the samurai was cool, but I think the raptor was really the most hardcore of the group.

I disagree that riptor should be on the list yes she is a girl but my favorite killer instinct girl is KIM WU I mean My god she has a FRIGGIN dragon and she is skilled in nunchucks she also has a amazing theme also she is litterly like the chun Li of killer instinct. Ok I agree with Chun Li as #1 BUT Sonya Blade should be #2 and the main female character from MK! She’s been in all but 2 games and is literally iconic!
Chun Li isn't that strong until someone actually uses skill. She's absolutely insane. My dad runs chun li and always beats me.
